Welcome to the BRBBikes web site. The aim of this site is to provide information for our motorcycle ride in June 2007, also to raise money and awareness for the Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust. The ride will be from the UK visiting 14 countries in Europe and will take place from the 05 June – 29 June 2007

It is no surprise that The Long Way Round and now the Long Way Down exploits of Charley Boorman and Ewan McGregor has encouraged more people to make more adventurous trips on two wheels. Although we as a club the Household Cavalry Motorcycle Club (HCMCC) have been making annual trips across Europe for some 9 years we've mostly toured the usual and familiar countries like France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Italy, and Germany. Even then we're sure we've only scratched the surface of each country that we've visited. However since Eastern Europe has become more accessible it has opened up a whole new chapter for people on two wheels who enjoy touring. This has provided the destinations for this our most adventurous trip to date.
